Potato fry

.

Potato fry is my comfort dish. It taste great with rice & rotis as well. Very simple to make yet taste yummy :)
Ingredients :
  1. Potato - 250 gms
  2. Chilly powder - 2 tsp (as per ur spice level)
  3. Oil - 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt to taste

Directions to cook :

£ Peel off the potato skin & chop them into small cubes. Keep aside.

£ Heat oil in the heavy bottomed pan, add the chopped potatos & fry them till half cooked.

£ Add turmeric powder, chilly powder & salt. Fry them without adding any water till golden brown in color.

Serve with rice.
