Justin Bieber sports shaggy hair while stopping by a Starbucks store on Tuesday afternoon (March 22) in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old singer just announced that he has canceled all meet and greets before his concert in the future and new details have been revealed as to why this happened.
While Justin blamed the cancellation on his exhaustion from meeting all the fans before performing his concerts, TMZ reports that a security scare triggered the decision.
At his concert on Monday night at the Staples Center, an “obsessed and potentially dangerous fan” who is on a security watch list got within ten feet of Justin. In other incidents, he has had his clothes ripped off, his hair pulled, and he even got the flu from a fan.
