Wow, I really like what Primark are doing this summer, excellently pretty frocks! (and blouses!) I've been living in my pink polka dot dress this summer and nearly always manage to get compliments when I wear it. It also comes in grey and I have half a mind to get the grey one too. No one ever believes that that dress comes from Primark! Not to mention that someone liken my blouse (with huge pirate bell sleeves) to Vivienne Westwood one day! (which is possibly the nicest thing anyone has said to me ever) I can see editorials being all over the above dress! Another feature I see quite a bit in their designs this summer is the scalloped hem or neckline - it's appeared in quite a few of their limited edition designs on blouses and dresses.
But these are the new pieces due to hit stores mid July, it's has also been announced that Primark are due to appear at festivals in Ireland (Oxygen for definate) selling festival essentials. Which is great for those who forget things - like me. This year I managed to forget to bring make-up wipes! Which is an essential festival piece - I did however remember boots, loo roll and erm, peanuts...don't even ask what I was doing with a packet of peanuts at a festival....I don't even know myself to be honest....
