Kandi told E! News "we're so thrilled to announce the news of our bundle of joy, its a dream come true".
Kandi and Todd do not know the sex of the baby yet and but have started sharing the good news with Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars.
Kandi's daughter, Riley and Todd's daughter, Kaela bith from previous retationships are said to be excited.
Kandi and Todd tied the knot in April 2014.
